Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how ToniMade (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you visit sidehustleros.com or use Side Hustler OS (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

• Account information. When you buy the Service, we collect your email address so we can create your account and give you access.
• Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details. Stripe shares limited information with us, such as the last four digits of your card and your billing country, to confirm your purchase.
• Usage information. We may collect basic, anonymized data about how the page and product are used, such as pages visited and actions taken, so we can improve the Service.
• Communications. If you email us, we keep your message and contact details so we can respond and provide support.
• Optional Sunday Review reminders. If you turn on the Sunday email reminder, we store that preference, your selected time zone, your consent decision, and limited delivery history. We may send a Sunday reminder and one Monday follow-up, each only while the review is unfinished. Reminders are off by default. You can turn them off from Account settings or the unsubscribe link in any reminder.
• Sunday Review information. If you use Sunday Review Sync, we process the Apple Calendar name, date, and duration of each timed block in the selected Monday-to-Sunday review week. The Shortcut does not send event titles, notes, locations, attendees, or event identifiers, and Side Hustler OS does not store them. We retain calendar names and aggregate durations for each local date, then combine those daily aggregates into weekly totals for your Sunday Review. We store your selected review time zone so Sunday and Monday boundaries stay consistent across devices. We also store the review answers, priorities, and coach conversations you choose to save.

How we use your information

• To create and manage your account and deliver the Service.
• To process payments and send purchase confirmations.
• To provide support and respond to your requests.
• To send important account updates and optional reminders you request.
• To improve and secure the Service.

Service providers

We share information only with the trusted providers we use to run the Service. These include Stripe for payments, Supabase for accounts and data storage, and our hosting and email providers. Each handles your information under its own privacy and security terms.

Sunday Review coach. If you use this feature, the category hours, review answers, priorities, planned work blocks, and relevant coach conversation are sent to OpenRouter and its selected AI provider, or directly to Groq, to generate your coaching response. If one provider cannot supply a response, another may process the same information as a backup. We configure OpenRouter routing to decline providers that collect submissions for model training. These services process your information under their applicable privacy and security terms. Do not include sensitive information that is not needed for time-planning advice.

We do not sell your data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone.

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as you have an account, and as long as needed to meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

Your rights

You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To make a request, email us at the address below.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

The Service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
