These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Side Hustler OS (the “Service”), provided by Toni Made (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By buying or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

What you are buying

Side Hustler OS is a digital time-management system built for iPhone. It includes setup instructions, iPhone workflows, the Sunday Review process, an in-tutorial AI assistant, and bonus tools, delivered through a member dashboard. It is a digital product, not a physical one.

Your license

We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your own use. You may not resell, share, redistribute, or republish the Service or its contents without our written permission.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Please let us know right away if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

Pricing and payment

The price is shown at checkout. During the Launch Window the price is $69. After the Launch Window the price is $79. Purchases are one-time payments processed securely by Stripe. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your purchase.

Third-party tools

The Service works alongside third-party apps such as Apple Calendar, Apple Reminders, and Calflow. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for those apps, and their availability and features are outside our control.

No guarantee of results

Side Hustler OS is a system for seeing and managing your time. It does not guarantee any specific income, business outcome, or result. What you achieve depends on your own effort and circumstances.

Intellectual property

All content in the Service, including text, tutorials, tools, and design, is owned by Toni Made and protected by applicable laws. The Side Hustler OS name and branding may not be used without our permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Toni Made is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
